Albert A Wolfe, V
Vice President of Operations
Albert Wolfe V has been with KA Wolfe since 2006, having spent his entire life in Texas, moving between Austin and the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Growing up around the masonry industry, Albert has dedicated his career to mastering the trade, beginning as a truck driver and progressing to his current role as Vice President of Operations. Albert is passionate about streamlining operations to ensure that KA Wolfe delivers on excellent service and provides quality products. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his three sons.
Albert A Wolfe, IV
Owner and President
Albert A. Wolfe IV founded KA Wolfe in 2004, and brings over 30 years of experience in the masonry business. A native Texan and fifth-generation mason, Albert’s family has been dedicated to the masonry trade since the late 1800s. His passion lies in delivering high-quality masonry services for multi-family construction, collaborating with general contractors to build essential elements of our communities.
Mike Raschke
Senior Estimator
Senior Estimator Mike Raschke has been with KA Wolfe since October 2016, bringing a unique approach to tackling challenges in multi-family construction. With a background as a project manager on specialized airborne device projects, Mike combines his electrical engineering education and PMP certification to find innovative solutions where none seem obvious. Known for his curiosity and problem-solving skills, Mike is highly adept at navigating complex situations.
Mike is also deeply committed to causes like Adult and Childhood Suicide Prevention and Cancer Research. He volunteers at Feed My Starving Children in Richardson and has previously served as a Boy Scouts of America volunteer. From 1989 to 2007, he was a presenter and volunteer for the National Engineering Honor Society. In his free time, Mike enjoys family time, mountain and beach vacations.
Sarah Henley
Business Operations Manager
Sarah Henley has been with KA Wolfe since July 2017. She is the Business Operations Manager and responsible for purchasing, accounts payable and receivable. After graduation from the University of Oklahoma, Sarah worked in Washington DC, first as an office manager and later as a Protocol Officer for the UAE Embassy. Sarah enjoys the diversity and daily challenges in the Masonry industry. Sarah is passionate about St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and has been the Team Development Chair for the local DFW Walk/Run for the past 5 years. Away from work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Ray Walker
Post-Award Estimating Manager
Ray Walker joined the KA Wolfe team in 2023 and has been an invaluable asset to the team. He is currently responsible for post award estimating which includes change orders. Ray plays a pivotal role between our field supervisors, senior estimator and office team. Originally from Oklahoma, Ray is happy to call the Dallas area home.
Abraham Montiel
Field Superintendent
Abraham grew up in El Paso, Texas, and has called the Dallas-Fort Worth area home for the past seven years. With a decade of experience in the Oil & Gas and construction industries, he now serves as a Masonry Construction Superintendent, bringing expertise from his background as an electrician. Abraham is a dedicate and valued member of our team. Outside of work, Abraham enjoys spending time with his dog, Bruno, as well as cooking, grilling, cycling, and reading. A lifelong Boston Red Sox fan, his greatest dream is to witness them win a World Series in person at Fenway Park.
Gary Hardy
Vice President of Field Operations
Vice President of Field Operations, Gary Hardy, has been with KA Wolfe since January 2014. Gary is a senior leader with KA Wolfe and brings years of multi-family experience to the team. Gary is appreciated by everyone on our team, subcontractors, and developers alike. He is recognized for his ability to train others because he has the knowledge and expertise to back it up. Gary loves the teamwork at KA Wolfe and is passionate about finishing jobs he starts. He is a stalwart; dependable and dedicated. Gary has an impeccable work ethic and shows up every day ready to give more. When away from work, Gary enjoys time with his family, hunting and fishing. On his bucket list is trout fishing at Bighorn River in Montana.
